"I have felt very anxious throughout high school, and did not know how to handle it. I always felt like something was going wrong and struggled to build real connections with friendships. I also had a hard time communicating, not knowing when I say too much or too little. Sometimes I felt like this feeling would never end."
How did you resolve or grow from this issue? (What do you think helped, and what did you stop doing?)
"I started going to therapy and surrounding myself with people who didn't make me doubt my self-worth. I still do struggle from time to time, but since seeing a therapist, I have been better at communicating my thoughts both verbally and through journaling and drawing."

"During Covid I had this really bad fear of dying and I sort of became depressed for a while because I would just keep getting these really bad thoughts in my head."
